Please take note of the following terms before proceeding with your booking request:

  • Completing this form does not guarantee or confirm a booking. We will be in touch within 7 working days to confirm the trip, subject to availability.
  • Education tickets are non-refundable. However, if a cancellation is received in writing at least 14 days prior to your visit then we will endeavour to re-schedule your booking if there is availability to do so in the same academic year.
  • Final numbers for all visits must be confirmed no later than two weeks before your visit or at the time of payment if you pay more than two weeks in advance. Any additional tickets required are subject to availability.
  • Your trip must be paid in full at least two weeks before your visit by BACS or credit/debit card payment. We do not accept cheques or cash payments. Changes to bookings cannot be made once the trip has been paid for.

About your planned trip
If you are booking for 100 students or more please bear in mind that the second half of the summer term gets very busy with school groups, so you may like to consider visiting in the first half of the summer term or another time of year, and/or visiting with smaller groups across multiple dates.
  • Groups bringing children from EYFS to KS4 are entitled to one free supervising adult for every 5 paying children.
  • KS5/college/university groups are entitled to one free supervising adult for every 10 paying students. Zoo entry price for any additional adults is £14.25 each.

Booking a Home Educator trip to London Zoo

Home educators are eligible for our education rates, under the same terms as schools.
