Please take note of the following terms before proceeding with your booking request:

• Completing this form does not guarantee or confirm a booking. We will be in touch within 7 working days to confirm the trip, subject to availability.
• Education tickets are non-refundable. However, if a cancellation is received in writing at least 14 days prior to your visit then we will endeavour to re-schedule your booking if there is availability to do so in the same academic year.
• Final numbers for all visits must be confirmed no later than two weeks before your visit or at the time of payment if you pay more than two weeks in advance. Any additional tickets required are subject to availability.
• Your trip must be paid in full at least two weeks before your visit by BACS or credit/debit card payment. We do not accept cheques or cash payments. Changes to bookings cannot be made once the trip has been paid for.

Accessibility
 

• As well as accessible toilets, we have a Changing Places facility within the zoo. We recommend you bring your own RADAR/NKS key with you for access. If needed, radar keys are available at the Peckish Parrot Cafe or by calling the number on the Changing Places door. There is also a changing hoist at the First Aid post.
• We have first aid provision so please speak to a staff member for assistance. If emergency services are needed, please alert any staff member so the First Aid team can coordinate this with you.
• There is a disabled parking bay in front of the main entrance, on a first served basis. Blue badge holders can park on the Outer Circle for up to four hours and disabled parking spaces are also available in the main car park (subject to availability).
